Founding Attorney Daniel Arkof and his team help individual and corporate clients legally structure and develop their businesses and manage disputes.
This includes issues involving business entity planning and formation, internal and external agreements, intellectual property, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
While Arkof Law primarily operates in Southern California, the firm maintains access to a broader network of experts and attorneys.
Daniel has represented clients including Fortune 500 companies, startups, and high net worth individuals across various industries—such as entertainment, technology, advertising and marketing, and consumer products. He has significant experience in commercial litigation, primarily in cases involving breach of contract and business torts.
Prior to founding Arkof Law, Daniel worked as an attorney at the Los Angeles offices of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP and Buchalter, PC. He also worked under the UC Davis Civil Rights Clinic to represent, on a pro bono basis, an individual in a case involving First and Eighth Amendment rights before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
