Founding Attorney Daniel Arkof and his team work with entrepreneurs, influencers, and creators, as well as startups and businesses, to legally structure, develop, and grow their businesses geared toward minimizing risk of disputes and litigation and maximizing cash flow.
This includes business entity planning and formation, internal and external contracts and agreements preparation and negotiation, trademark and intellectual property procurement, and dispute resolution management and litigation.
While Arkof Law primarily operates in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego, the firm maintains access to a nationwide network of experts and attorneys.
Daniel has represented Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and high net worth individuals across various industries--including entertainment, gaming, technology, advertising and marketing, consumer products, and lifestyle. He has significant experience in a wide array of general commercial litigation. This includes cases involving breach of contract, partnership disputes, fiduciary duties, fraud, unfair competition, business torts, defamation, trade secrets, and intellectual property.
Prior to founding Arkof Law, Daniel was an associate at the Los Angeles offices of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP and Buchalter, PC. He also worked under the UC Davis Civil Rights Clinic to represent, on a pro bono basis, an individual in a case involving First and Eighth Amendment rights before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
